Man this is awful. Ever since I got back from my mom's I have been having major major snack fits. I am craving sweet, salty, chocolate, ice cream, cheetos, pretzels. EVERYTHING. I tried to eat everything healthy, but still I need more. I think I have to totally shut out the sugar again. I am not sure I can lol. I ate an apple after lunch and still had to have my yogurt. I drank plenty of water all day. I even drank 17 oz before coming home at lunch. At lunch I drank 24 oz then I went to work and drank another 17 oz! Then since I have been home I have had at least 48 oz. This is horrible! My cravings are killing me.
