Yesterday
Still have blisters
Started morning with electrolytes
Then small lunch at Woolies
Chicken thigh , small pieces
Cauli salad ( fresh cauliflower cut fine, buttermilk, radish, olives, peas)
Uncooked green beans .
Then same for suppers
Cuppachino with cream from Woolies
Tasty
65.9 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week
