Yesterday Still have blisters Started morning with electrolytes Then small lunch at Woolies Chicken thigh , small pieces Cauli salad ( fresh cauliflower cut fine, buttermilk, radish, olives, peas) Uncooked green beans . Then same for suppers Cuppachino with cream from Woolies Tasty
