The diet is moving right along. I am on day 9 of induction. I really hate vegtables, most taste really bitter to me. I am having trouble getting in my fiber and good carbs. I did get some cold milled golden flax seed last night. Walgreens had a brand that was buy one get one free this week. A lot of their vitamins and supplements are on sell this week.

I used a atkins advantage mudslide bar this morning for breakfast. I tested my blood suger before and an hour after. It raised my BS 4 points is all so it seems to do alright for me. I will see how the weight loss goes.
