Busy again today so didn't eat as much until I left work... then I went over board I know. H1N1 flu clinic this afternoon so after screaming kids I needed a sugar fix. I ended up @ Sonic and that was my downfall. Sill calorie wise not bad just lots of carbs. Tomorrow is another day.
