Watching a lot of college hoops as my team just got into the big dance. GO NEVADA!!
danger zone. up late and i like to snack late. Ill be more focused during the week. Work is a nice little distraction and offers a lot of exercise.
scale moving slowkly in the right direction. As I said..I am seeking balance this time and going at it in a saner manner

I think approaching weight loss in a "saner" manner is much better than going after a diet full bore. Hopefully you can make those important changes that will last a lifetime.

Thanks Horses I agree. Where I was really successful some years back it almost wasn't worth all of the pressure I put on myself. I appreciate the feedback
