Hi all
Weight is up and down, but at least I am managing to stay under 69.

68.4 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg. Still to go: 3.4 kg. Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Gaining 0.1 kg a Week

69 seems to be the magic number for me too. I fluctuate between 68 and 69 kg. Glad to know I'm not the only one. :)
