Going skating with my sister this afternoon. Not sure how long we're going to be out - it looks bright, beautiful and sunny out there, but we all know winter weather is deceptive!

Last night I stayed up until midnight playing Wii Sports Resort. I thought I was going to watch a movie, but I love having popcorn while I'm watching. I have an air popper here at home, but I have to have melted butter and seasonings. (Popcorn and cheezies...my two biggest weaknesses!) So, instead I decided to do something with my hands, so I wouldn't be tempted to eat a huge bowl of popcorn.

I'm pretty proud of myself...and I know that if I'm doing an activity I don't associate with snacking, i.e. reading a book or watching a movie, I won't be tempted to snack! Even if it is something that's sort of healthy, like air popped popcorn...
