Well last night was a good night for exercise. I did it all but had to push through it. The important part is that I did it ALL! I woke up early this morning so I ate breakfast at home and completed my crunches and jumping jacks for the day. At work my co-worker and I completed the walk at home video with those who attend the PSR. They started a few minutes before me so they completed an entire 2 miles, I would say I completed between 1 3/4 mile and 2 miles....still good even though I wanted to stop not long after the beginning of the 2nd mile. So I am on a good start.....I have completed my crunches and jumping jacks as well as 45 minutes of the 30 minutes to meet my daily challenge. Now all that is left is the jogging to 2 of my favorite songs and I have completed all my challenge exercise for the day and it is only 3:25pm! What a change from last night! Onward to the rest of the week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
