i finally bought a new scale.. unfortunately, i don't like the number i see on it. :( but, it's slowly decreasing. the last time i was able to weight myself, i was 202. whoa. can we say bad? yeah, uhh, bad. bad. bad. now, i am at 196. so, to be fair, i'll claim that as 6 pounds lost! i am not going to weigh myself daily, bc it will drive me crazy seeing my weigh fluctuate and whatnot - so, i'll stick to once a week. hopefully i'll continue to make as much progress as i would like. i would love to be able to lose 15-20 more pounds within this month, before i see my hubby again! wouldn't that be rock'n'roll?! it's my motivation right now, along with the fact that i'm just so not comfortable with the way i look and feel. go me!
here are my measurements for this week... bust 41 (same as last measurement :( ) neck 15.5 (down from 16 last time!) upper arm 15 (down from 15.5 last time!) belly 44 (same! :( ) thighs 39 (down from 40 last time)
ehh, not so good, but at least it's a little different.. i guess, right? gotta just stay positive!
