ok......so I am really gonna do it with this 10 miles a week thing!!!
I have walked everyday this week and plan on doing it again tonight. Cannot believe I haven't hit 10,000 steps!!!! only around 7500 each day!!! Maybe I should walk MORE that 10 miles a week.
