OK...so yesterday was a FAIL! Went to wedding fair and ate EVERYTHING! (some things twice or three times!) Then went to Olive Garden for dinner...had app, entree AND desset plus wine and ate tons of chocolate! ISH! This was my worst day since starting Atkins one year ago!
