Up another 500g this morning! ToM!!! I was well under RDI yesterday and I had a brisk long walk so it must be a blip :(

Much later - went to the gym this evening and worked hard, plus had a 20 minute walk each way in the snow to get there and back, so I'm feeling good about that. Snow has settled outside but it's stopped now and I don't think there'll be snow on the ground by midday tomorrow.

I've also stayed well within RDI today as I intend to do all week - I'm determined not to show a weight gain by Saturday. I need to get rid of the 900gr that's shown up since last Saturday (almost certainly ToM related as I only went over RDI by 500 cal on "indulgence" Saturday) and hopefully a little bit more so there's a new low before the holiday.

Flights are booked at last and we leave for England on Sunday. I've just spent some time on the phone to my sister (who we'll be staying with for most of the time) and told her I've lost weight - she sounded really pleased and said that she's just started cutting down a little and eating healthily and she's glad that we'll be able to do that together. She also has a home gym with a treadmill and some videos and weights, so I should be able to avoid gaining while we're away, even if I don't lose anything. She's also told me about an outdoor exercise class she goes to down by the river on the water meadows in the mornings - a small group of women in a lovely setting and it sounds like great fun!

I'm getting my bonus day off tomorrow, too - national exams and I'm not needed for invigilating, so that's good news.
