Back day at the gym Hyper extensions were awesome. Rowing Machine & Pull downs were awkward. Probably backs I was still sore on my arms and chest from yesterday.But Hyper Extensions!!! I seriously did not think I'd be able to do them, but I did! Super Stoked and proud of myself. Weighed in another pound down but I'm not recording anything till after my workout Thursday.
