I'm really happy with the diet that I am on. I'm staying under 1500 calories for the most part. At first I had my account on private but I decided to share my profile because I'm so happy that I'm losing 2 lbs a week. I'm walking one mile a day plus stairs at my job. I go up and down three flights of stairs about three or our times then I take my walk. If you look at my diet calendar you will see that the foods that I choose are a variety of healthy items that leave me feeling satisfied. there is even room for desert! like skinny cow ice cream sandwiches that are sooo good.

Keep up the good work. In response to your comment, I am on a low-carb diet. I am trying to keep my calories between 1,000-1,700 a day. I lost 4 lbs this past week. Take care!
