Thanks everybody, it's Mr. Arthritis that is knocking me on my butt. Thr below freezing weather kills me evrytime. I'm loaded up with "Ben Gay" and have my little finger tips cut out gloves on, and took a apin pill. Zumba is out til my joints start feeling better, Hubby and I will try the yoga thing today, haven't tried it yet, but maybe will help. Love y'all! :-(
