How fast will I see results?
So I haven't been on this website long but I started my new eating habits (I hate calling it a diet) and work out routine 2 weeks ago. I went from eating like complete and udder crap to really watching what I eat, drinking more water, switching to "lighter" products, watching my portions, I pretty much stopped drinking soda, and I started working out AT LEAST 4 times a week.... Shouldn't I see some sort of progress? I don't want to lose hope instead of weight. Anyone have words of encouragement? Or am I doing something wrong?
