Wish I was losing in a healthy way, but unfortunately stress is playing a big roll here. So scared that when I start eating again, the weight will just rocket.
68.2 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

When I went through a lot of stress I was eating as normal and still lost a lot of weight, and did not pick up. All I can suggest is that when you start eating normal again you must just watch your portions then you should be ok. Keep the faith and all should work out. Take care of yourself, thinking of you and pray all the stress goes away. Stress not nice.
