I am so tired of folks having negative things to say about what I eat! I have been doing low carb since 2002 and I know what my body needs and it works for me--today a coworker saw my coffee mugs with coconut oil remnants in them--first he was grossed out and then when I explained, he commented "Well there are mixed reviews on coconut oil--it's bad for you but maybe tomorrow they will decide it's good for you. Just like olive oil and eggs." I wanted to shout "How is that helpful?" I think people who are unhappy with their own selves want others to be miserable too. Anyway, rant over. I am not changing my WOE for anyone. :-)

Good for you, opinions are like butt holes, everyone has one and you are the only person who knows what works for your body.

Thanks! Olivia70--I put it in my morning coffee! You can cook pretty much anything with it too, but I tried it once with eggs and--eww. So a spoonful in my coffee, makes it actually really tasty and I swear it gives me energy and aids loss!
