I've been staying under my RDI of calories, but my fat content has been through the roof!! I've been out late every night this week so I haven't made sufficient plans for dinner, thus I'm starving and head for fast food. I will definitely work on that for the upcoming week. Going out to dinner tonight, so I'm going to make a plan now for what I will have. Have a great weekend everyone!
