Tomorrow I go back to work after takin a good amount of time off. I feel a little overwhelm because I need to stay on schedule with everything. The upsides I will still get my needed amount of exercise because it is a 10 minute walk every day and thats my morning workout and I have looked up exercises done in the office so I can get that done after lunch and then their is thw walk home. Dinner I always walk or jog after dinner. But I will switch it up and do stair climbing after dinner and maybe bicycling. Any tips for sticking within the guidelines of the fatsmash diet.
