What is going on??? I am following Atkins 100%, no cheating whatsoever and I seem to be putting on weight. I am measuring and weighing EVERYTHING. Exercising a bit too so that should help, and my calorie intake and %'s are all pretty much spot on too. I am definitely in ketosis.
Not disheartened at all, and will just carry on, but a little gutted still
60.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
