Here is my phase 2, day 19 (FS day 28, Sunday, 3rd June):
10:30 am - mixed cereals, low-fat yoghurt 01:30 pm - two green apples 05:00 pm - low-fat yoghurt 06:30 pm - grilled fish, fresh sliced tomato
Tomorrow is Monday... we all know what that means... it's weigh-in day! ;)
