I've decided to continue the Daniel fast for the whole 21 days. It's not just about eating to loose weight, it's about getting my head right about food and drawing closer to God. I've been up and down with my weight since I was 12 and fifty years later, I want to get off
that rollercoaster.

Tomorrow they finish their 10 day fast. Rachael wants to do it again when she can stand and do the cooking.
