Today I am back to my regularly scheduled program! No day of quilting with the ladies.
I haven't weighed in today but I suspect if I did, I would see a slight increase due to the excess sodium I've had this weekend. I have to say that I have had the most wonderful weekend in quite some time and it only cost me $20 plus gas. To quilt and be with "my people" was such a treat.
I even got my 2.5 mile walk in last evening and the weather was spectacular for Iowa.
Today the goal/challenge is to bump it up to 4 miles. That is very doable for me and the weather is supposed to hold out for a few more days. Spring is truly I the air!
What are you doing to challenge yourself this week? Do your goals continue to stretch you and get you out of your comfort zone?
Have a wonderful week everyone.
Blessings from Iowa.
