Ah Morton's. So delicious yet I got SO SICK from it last night! They had a surf & turf special so that's what we got along with a nice bottle of Pinot Noir. I got the filet mignon and lobster tail options. It also came with a salad that was probably more calories than the rest of the meal. I ended up not finishing the lobster because I was too full. We split the dessert they are famous for, molten chocolate cake w/Haagan Daas vanilla ice cream. I guess my body wasn't used to all the fat, butter, etc and I felt unbelievably sick to my stomach all night. Thank goodness for Pepto Bismol lol!
Tonight we are going to Salem's for another family birthday dinner. This one is a combo for 3 January birthdays and 1 December birthday in the family. Ugh. The last thing I feel like doing right now is eating!
Off to the mall to pick up gifts... happy Sunday to all my buddies!
