Yes. I ate MORE THAN 3400kcal!!!!!!!!!!!!! Monday was a day after my birthday. Do I feel bad that I just did not care what I ate...??? My body did!!!!!Oh my. With all the sugar my body just collapsed!! I did not have energy at ALL!! My blood sugar spiked to Heaven and down to Hell and that is where it stayed, in Hell. NEVER again. I was not productive AT ALL at work. BAD day!!!!
