Today reading more I thought I might try the egg fast - eat two eggs 3 times a day and supplement with a tablespoon of good oil for each egg. ANyone tried this? Apparently it can help kick your weightloss in a good way. So if anyone has tried this, please let me know how you went with it. I'm going to try tomorrow. Need a boost right now, perhaps its this. Good thing I like eggs. :-)

I tried it with olive oil mayo, though did not know it was called egg fast. Very easy way to stay both low cal and low carb. Filling and tasty unless you hate eggs. Would be slightly less appealing with oil instead of mayo, but it is up to you. Calorie and macros would be similar, oil is healthier but mayo tastes better with eggs 😉
