Hello Fellow travelers on this journey, It has been a year now and hardly seems possible but I have reached my goal and am maintaining. My daughter (madaboutmoose) and I celebrated on Jan 18th. It was so much fun to have her all to myself and shop, talk and laugh. Oh yes eat whatever we wanted. Of course I have learned new things I want. We had ice cream made to order. Oh it was great. The good news is I am still in my range weight wise. I have learned so much about myself and food this past year. I have learned not only I can snack and eat well at the same time. I am getting ready to go visit my sister for two weeks in California and am looking forward to that. This time I am sending an extra scale to her house so I can keep track of things while gone. This year is a big year for me. I plan to retire at the end of the year. I can then go see my sister for longer periods or time so I will need the scale there as she is a great cook. Well guess I should get back to my miniatures I am sure the glue is dry now. Bye for now.
