Day two of going to the gym. I've resurrected my old workout plans from about 10 years ago when I was doing Body For Life. Yesterday was Upper Body. Today was Cardio. I used the gym's pre-set interval training and got about halfway through when I realized that I'd moved the intensity level up by 10 levels when I was adjust my iPod. OOPS! No wonder I was about to keel over! Pulled the intensity back down and barely made it through. Next time...I'll know better :)

Weight will likely be a bit "off" this week due to getting used to the new training regimen, though. We'll see what the final totals turn out to be.

Just my luck that it started to snow just before I left for the gym. It's coming down pretty hard, too. So much for the extended autumn that we've been getting... Yeek!
