couldn't sweat today...did 1 hr 25 mins of cardio at usual intensity (even higher) and I hardly sweat. Dehydrated? Getting used to the workout? My HR hovered around 150-155 on bikes and thread, 155-160 on elliptical. my THR is 130-161. What's going on here? Also, unofficially lost 1 pound since yesterday - we'll see how that translates next week. Didn't eat my first meal of the day till 9pm :( booooo
