Steady on the scale since Saturday but must get back to the gym on Wednesday. I'm still shaking off the 'flu and also working all day yesterday has left me behind with work for home and school so I didn't go this evening - saved myself a couple of hours in which I fed the children and did some laundry and ironing.
I don't think I can wait until I reach my target weight to buy new trousers - everything I own is hanging off me, not only looks awful but feels really uncomfortable, too!
