not such a good day on the diet went to AKA sushi ordered grilled salmon with miso soup and ginger dressing salad all good right, wrong the salmon came with 3 different type fried vegetables, large bowl of steamed rice, red snapper raw, 2 other fried items stuffed with rice, needles to say i ate it all.
then wife picked up a brick of Jarlsberg cheese some kind of Swiss it is awesome 100 cal. an ounce I'm sure i ate at least 10 ounces
weigh in i maintained the same lucky i guess or the exercise paid off will be super strict today, yogurt breakfast, protein shake with banana lunch, steamed vegetables for dinner.
