Well, it's Frittata Friday again; the first one I've observed in ten, sorry to say, long months. But, I've come up with a good one, and it will be simple but delicious. I'm calling it a Black Forest Frittata, because the main ingredient, after the eggs, is Black Forest Ham. I came up with the idea a couple of days ago, and though I initially intended to add some roast beef to it as well, decided that simple is better.


Other than adding a little too much black pepper to it, it turned out pretty good.
