I think I have PCOS. Looking forward to my doctor visit. I've been eating very clean and working out. However I've gain 7 pounds this week. I was at 200 pound but the scale climbed however I'm not going beat myself up. I'm just going keep trying to do right and hopefully my doctor can prescribe the right meds to assist me in my weight loss journey.
