Mondays are usually my uber-motivated day. But ...struggling a bit today. Probably because I was hoping the scales would have moved a bit this morning - but, then again, my rational brain knows that it wasn't a mega active weekend either so what can i expect? Anyways...I'll get back on it starting today. Been to the gym already (before work) and feeling slightly virtuous as a result!
