I was reviewing my calorie count from the summer when I was losing steadily and now I see that I have to get down to about 1100 calories a day unless I am dancing or walking or at the gym exercising.
I think I can do it. The summary food list isn't working so I will go back to counting as I eat until I can get it to work (that is, I go food shopping with the list in my hand).
