Not only is it a new day but a new month. I woke up with a renewed sense of motivation this morning.
I've let my upset veer me off track enough these past few days to notice how crappy I'm feeling. I'm not paying an ungodly amount of money to go to the gym and be pushed out of my comfort zone to sabotage myself.
Mark my words, attempt 2 at my monthly goal of hitting 234.5 or less will be a success! Hear me ROAR!
