249.6! Woohoo... Below 250... With a boot on!
Yesterday was a good day. Ate right, took care of a few lingering things off my to-do-list, and played video games all day. Have a few plans for today, for which I am simply coordinating since I cant really get around still. Thank goodness for my wife!
I am a bit bored with my lifestyle lately, laying around and watching tv or playing video games. I look forward to returning to work the week after next! I need my routine back. Thank goodness I am watching what I eat nicely. I need to log my food more in real-time rather than a day later.
Tomorrow I get my injury cleaned, and the week after that I get the stitches removed. These are the milestones I look forward too these days. I notice my foot is feeling a lot better, and feels more like an appendage I can use rather than a stump that hurts. In fact sometimes when I am moving about my brain now wants to put it down and use it. There is a bit of lingering pain from my sutures.
I am grateful for my family today. They got to go out and enjoy a movie yesterday and that was nice. I got to live vicariously through them. I am grateful for my weight loss. I am grateful that I am able to move about now much better.
