Ok, I'm about to start phase 1 of the fat smash diet. I plan on heading to the grocery store today. Can anyone provide me with a good list of essential things to make it through the first nine days?

I am starting back on phase 1 as well it is very restrictive. The essentials to add to your shopping list are: * plenty of fruit * plenty of vegies but no potatoes or avocados * oatmeal * lowfat milk and yogurt and some eggs * brown rice, lentils or tofu

I ate a boiled potato today, thinking it was ok in Phase I. Am I supposed to start over?

i wish i could help im a bit lost my self so in the program the just tell you what not to eat right ... how the heck does this work im a bit lost!!! -kayla
