Going to bed a whole lot happier than I have been all day. Beat myself up all day about last nights dinner. Gained 1.5 lbs today. Worked my butt off tonight and ate light all day. Hardly had any carbs, lots of protein, doing well and not really hungry or wanting to snack. yes the low fat yogurt I bought is sscreaming for me, but I can say no today lol. I gotta make up for yesterday. This was supposed to be a no brainer challenge for me. Lose 2 1/2 pounds this week before going to my mom's and I had done great! I was down 2 pounds and only had .6 to go then BAM! I hate having no willpower to say no honey I can't eat out since I haven't planned it or sticking with what I know is healthy there! Plus I gave in to the margarita!
I am going to bed now weighing only 1 pound more than I did when I woke up so hopefully I will wake up in the 125 range tomorrow. We will see.
