Starting to take notice of what type of foods I'm eating, carbs and calories. So far my weight has stayed relatively the same, I feel a little more trim around the waist. Going to keep a food journal and come up with a workout routine that will work for my body and schedule :)
57.4 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
