Not a good Friday.
Learnt to swim last year at the age of 42......never to late! Continue with swimming lessons this year and it was cancelled yesterday because of usual Gauteng thunderstorms and then I went on a carb frenzy.
Had 3 slice of white bread with peanut butter and syrup with 2 rib burgers from our Engen garage. Even after all of that I was still hungry, same conclusion as before - up your protein and reduce carbs to stay fuller for longer.
Anyway, new day, new start again.
