I'm shooting for 110, starting at 120!
How do u do a meal and a snack a day??!! Is that what you do? I read that somewhere??!!
I can't handle less than 3 meals a day and too many snacks a day! I need to STOP SNACKING, especially before bedtime! That's when I go craziest!!! HELP! Any advice ?????
