Today is my second day on the fat smash and the first day was the hardest, I think. I am used to always eating some sort of meat for dinner and I had none yesterday. Wow, it was hard! I still crave for meat now. It seemed to help to eat beans and split peas more. I get satisfied after eating them and I don't want meat at the time. Oh but later... I WANT MEAT!!! LOL Diets suck! I hate them. The only reason I tried this one is because it teaches me how to eat well. My boyfriend is on the Atkin's diet and I cannot do that diet and will not attempt to do it. It's just not a good way to leave certain foods. The main thing motivating me in this diet is that I will eventually add my meat as opposed to not at all. Wow... my stomach is growling for meat at this present time.... AHHHH!!!
