So this weekend I did extremely poorly!! I have to figure out to have substitutes for pizza and wings during football games. I'm very disappointed in myself. When I eat these things, they make me sluggish and lazy. They have no nutritional value. Shame on me!! Today, I am eating way better. I have a weigh-in this Saturday, I hope I didn't shoot myself in the foot.

I splurged a little on Saturday too. That's life... back on track now and I'll just do a little extra exercise this week. :0) Good luck!
