Did Atkins back in 2003, lost about 40 pounds. But here it is 9 years later and due to life and a lot of added stress, I found the weight again.

109.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 21.3 kg. Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Totally get this. For me it was 15 years of living on the road 26 days a month, airports, hotels, fast food, 18+ hour days.. Anyway, just keep taking the steps, even if you fall down.. :)
