Maintaining Weight at 153 for last 2 weeks. Thank the Lord for his help and strength! I couldn't do it without Him. Since BIRTHDAY was last week, splurged on delicious meals and been enjoying Home made Pecan Pie!! Now, you see why I know He has helped me. I did my part, monitored food choices & portions daily. Logged all foods, including sweets and fats. Looking forward to a blessed 2017!!!
