Yesterday's dinner was amazing! I was not hungry after eating it, but lunch needs to be more substantial..
I think something is off about my weight, so I expect it to be higher tomorrow.
75.1 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
