It never fails! When i get in a good work out route, life decides to throw crap at me. rather it's work or just life. i haven't been able to work out this weekend because i was having some work done on my house, and now this week for work, they want me to stay later which means by the time i get home it's too late. every time i get back in a good groove something has to screw it up!! i'm up every morning at 4am for work, i leave at 6:30 to get to work depending on traffic, weather etc... i usually get off of work at 4:30 depending on traffic i'm home by 5:15 ish. but this week not looking like i will be off at 4:30 more like 5 or later and i will get caught in all the traffic and it will take twice as long as to get home :(
