Gained 5 over the holidays and I lowered my goal weight by 5, so I've got a total of 10 to get to my goal.
I plan on starting p90x as soon as my knee feels up to it. I took a good spill in the basement over the holidays and fell pretty squarely on my knee. It swelled up pretty big, but the swelling is mostly gone and it's feeling better. Hoping it's good to go before the end of the month.
